Caja Pig Parties are so fun,
and guests love it!

The pig is cooked on site, allowing guest to watch the process.

Prices are based on market value and size of the pig at time of order, but we estimate the pig cost at approximately $20 a pound, and we recommend ordering 1 pound per person. 

In addition to the pig,
rental of the Caja China is $280 (includes coal),
plus $50 per hour for the on-site chef. 

Cook time depends on the size of the pig, but usually 5-6 hours can be anticipated.
