Measurements in inches (Width × Length):

Width is measured across the chest with the shirt laid flat. Measurements may vary by up to 1.5 inches.

Please check sizing before ordering. For a more relaxed fit, consider sizing up. Because each shirt is made to order, we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect size selection.

Care Instructions

To keep your Blackstrap shirt looking its best:

• Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors.

• Use mild detergent.

• Do not bleach.

• Tumble dry on low or hang dry.

• Do not iron directly over the printed design.

• Do not dry clean.

Following these instructions will help preserve the fabric and printed design.

Production & Shipping

Each item is printed specifically for you after your order is placed. Please allow time for production before your order ships.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on production schedules, shipping destination, and carrier delays.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Issues

We'll do our best to help, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or shipped.

Returns & Refunds

All Blackstrap BBQ merchandise is made to order specifically for you. Because each item is produced individually, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color preference, or changes of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Blackstrap BBQ at info@blackstrapbbq.com within 14 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a clear photograph of the item.

We will review the issue with our fulfillment partner and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate. There is generally no need to return a damaged or defective item.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
